The Role:
Given steady growth in the US market, we are seeking a motivated contributor to help assist with both business development and administrative sales support. The role is focused on business development and supporting the success of the sales team. This is a remote position, with 25% travel required to attend conferences, events and Cappfinity meetings.

About you:
Organized, eager to learn and motivated. Since our team functions a lot like a start-up, we’re
looking for someone who is adaptable, agile and detail oriented to join us!
Remote/preferably located in the Houston, TX, Austin, TX or Dallas, TX region.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound lead generation, scheduling discovery calls with prospective customers
  • Support and collaborate with the sales team with business development tasks
    including but not limit to:
    sales campaigns, social selling via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, pre and post virtual and live event
    engagement, contracts, digital filing, account-based research, Zoho CRM and sales tools
  • Remote role with up to 25% travel.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years sales support experience, preferably with an HR technology organization
  • B2B experience, with preference for recruitment or early careers/campus hiring
    solutions
  •  Strong business development/ lead generation experience
  • Confident and comfortable with cold outreach (via email, phone)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Start-up or fast paced environment experience
  • Hiring assessment knowledge or experience
  • Experience or knowledge of early careers, emerging talent and campus/university recruitment
  • An interest in diversity, inclusion, belonging, equity and/or social mobility
  • CRM experience
