Cappfinity is the global leader in strengths-based talent acquisition and talent management solutions and services.
Cappfinity was founded in 2005 by Dr. Alex Linley, a leading expert in positive psychology and Nicky Garcea, a chartered psychologist and workplace expert. In 2018, an investment from Education Growth Partners was the catalyst for international expansion. Cappfinity expanded in Australia in September 2018 was followed by the United States in January 2019.
Today our teams in the US, UK, Ireland and Australia are proud to be working with more than 250 organizations and millions of individuals in service of our shared purpose of Strengthening the World.
At Cappfinity we define strengths as what we do well and find energizing.
Strengths can be interpersonal, like Rapport Builder. They can provide insight into how we think, like Creativity or how we are motivated, like Drive. Strengths can also be about who we are as people, what we stand for or what we believe – like Gratitude or Humility.
Over the past 16 years our work with global organizations and scientific studies have shown that when we use our strengths, we are happier and experience more vitality and positive emotions. We are less stressed, perform better, and are more engaged at work.
Strengths are inherent and authentic to each person. When talent leaders use strengths based talent strategies the playing field is leveled for all candidates.
Diversity, inclusion, and equity is at the core of Cappfinity’s work culture and our solutions. We leverage behavioral science to design and deliver talent acquisition solutions that ensure fairness and encourage evidence-based decision making. We help clients design workplaces where candidates and ultimately employees use their strengths to solve problems and deliver industry changing innovation, and in doing so, individuals feel valued, included, and energized to be their best. Strengths is at the core of who we are and what we do. Diversity, equity, and inclusion thrives when strengths fuels leadership, problem solving, and innovation..
Cappfinity is committed to designing fair, inclusive, and accessible talent acquisition and talent management solutions. Cappfinity’ s whole person approach to innovation, product development and design is a holistic process that includes:
