Client Success Manager



In pursuit of our vision of Matching the world to their perfect job, we are looking for Client Success Managers to expand our client-facing team leading the delivery of client solutions at Cappfinity.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Client Success Manager, you will take ownership of a range of client accounts both European and Global. You will play a key role in the delivery of our solutions – managing the project planning, delivery and co-ordinating internal teams to ensure we exceed our client expectations at all times. You will be using your relationship skills and work with Cappfinity colleagues to deepen and strengthen client relationships and ensuring that customers adopt and love our solutions.

This entails:

  • • Deeply understanding our clients needs and providing the Cappfinity products and solutions required along-side your knowledge of the assessment/development market to oversee the development and delivery of high quality Cappfinity solutions to a portfolio of client accounts.
  • • Taking ownership and flawless execution of the delivery of end-to-end projects ensuring that the Cappfinity methodology is followed and utilising your project management skills to implement client solutions within time and budget considerations.
  • • Building and embedding external client and partner relationships.
  • • Working collaboratively and proactively as part of the project team leveraging their expertise in the fields of assessment, development and technology to exceed client expectations and needs with solutions that are of the highest quality.
  • • Having a passion in the evolving area of combining technology with assessment, development or transformation activity.
  • • Being inquisitive and curious around the delivery of client requirements in light of changing priorities so that we can provide the best possible solution for Cappfinity and the client.
  • • Willing to learn new processes and products at pace
  • • Managing multiple projects with various deadlines cohesively and remaining calm under pressure.
  • • Tracking and analysing project performance so that we work to budget, proactively escalate risks to the necessary individuals and work around challenges.
