Psychology Technologist - Assessment

Cappfinity is seeking a psychology or occupational psychology graduate to work as a Psychology Technologist in our assessment design team.

Our purpose is Strengthening the World. We believe that talent is evenly distributed, but the identification and development of talent – especially diverse talent – is not. Our strengths-based solutions and services help solve this by leveling the playing field, with an evidence base for fairness and inclusion built over the last 15 years.

Our talent assessments combine strengths-based hiring, authentic, immersive experience, and realistic work simulations to provide candidates with the best opportunity to fully understand the role and their match (suitability) for it, thereby helping companies hire the best people – who will excel in their performance, be retained and grow with the organisation.

This role may suit someone with a Psychology degree or Masters’ degree in Occupational Psychology. No previous experience is required as all training on our technology platforms will be provided during your induction.

  • • Interacting with our technology platforms and supporting us with the implementation of assessment solutions from a technical perspective
  • • Exporting and manipulation of data hosted on these platforms
  • • Supporting Cappfinity colleagues, candidates and clients to have the best possible experience when using the suite of Cappfinity technology applications
  • • Quality assurance and user testing of technology platforms and assessment content

  • • Degree level qualification in Psychology or Occupational Psychology
  • • Genuine passion for technology and love maximising the opportunities at the interface of digital innovation and psychology
  • • Eye for detail, thoroughness, and a passion for quality
  • • Adaptability, resilience and perseverance to deliver excellent work in a fast-paced environment
  • • Interest in assessment design methodology
