How does it work?

The learning journey comprises of three elements, woven together as a journey:

Discovery – self-insights into individual strengths and 180 impact feedback at start and end of placements through online tools with market-leading interactive reports.

2.

Live & interactive – easy to roll-out webinars allow learners to fully ‘discover their strengths’ and set key actions as a result of their insight reports. Highly interactive in-person or virtual bite-size workshops enable learners to bring their ‘Best Self’, ‘Make an Impact’ and ‘Think Big’ at critical moments in their early career. Additional experiential sessions facilitate networking and positive wellbeing.

3.

Self-regulated - engaging ‘Digital Mentor’ prework and/or follow up email campaigns with micro-learning tasks for both individuals and managers link the learning to ‘point of need’ challenges.

All materials can be tailored for organizational or market context to ensure consistent brand experience and easy to transfer insights. The program can also be built to align with and develop Early Careers Assessment Strengths.
