Early Impact

Strengths-based development for graduates, interns and apprentices

What is Early Impact?

Early Impact swiftly unleashes the potential of Graduates, Interns and Apprentices by helping them develop the key strengths that our research reveals drives career readiness and workplace success.

How does it work?

The learning journey comprises of three elements, woven together as a journey:

Discovery – self-insights into individual strengths and 180 impact feedback at start and end of placements through online tools with market-leading interactive reports.

Live & interactive – easy to roll-out webinars allow learners to fully ‘discover their strengths’ and set key actions as a result of their insight reports. Highly interactive in-person or virtual bite-size workshops enable learners to bring their ‘Best Self’, ‘Make an Impact’ and ‘Think Big’ at critical moments in their early career. Additional experiential sessions facilitate networking and positive wellbeing.

Self-regulated - engaging ‘Digital Mentor’ prework and/or follow up email campaigns with micro-learning tasks for both individuals and managers link the learning to ‘point of need’ challenges.

All materials can be tailored for organisational or market context to ensure consistent brand experience and easy to transfer insights. The programme can also be built to align with and develop Early Careers Assessment Strengths.
