Start Strong is a unique strengths-led onboarding package that takes early careers professionals from offer to the end of their first 90 days. Start Strong deepens self-awareness, connects individuals with critical colleagues and focuses on strengths to help new starters hit the ground running.

How does it work?

The ‘Start Strong’ package is a blended, strengths-led approach, driven by data. Where Cappfinity Strengths Frameworks have been used to assess candidates, Start Strong provides a seamless journey by kicking off with a linked Onboarding Strengths report. Alternatively, delegates will take our market-leading online ‘Strengths Profile’ tool.

The upfront insight tool is followed by a debrief of the report with an easy to roll out ‘Discover Your Strengths’ onboarding webinar.

Live interactive sessions mix in with self-regulated prompts and exercises, to give people practical insights on ‘How to SHINE’ and be their ‘Best Self’.

Separate sessions are dedicated to building connections and remaining resilient.

Virtual delivery means this can be a truly global programme with ease. The ‘Live & Interactive’ sessions can also be run in person to start deepening bonds.
