How does it work?

The journey kicks off with our market-leading Strengths Profile online tool.

Three ‘Live & Interactive’ 90-minute virtual or in-person
workshops enable learners to:

1.

Understand their unique Strengths Profile with guided peer coaching.

2.

Explore practical ideas to develop their strengths and best practice ways for using them at work.

3.

Practice leveraging their strengths to authentically influence others and communicate with impact.

4.

Appreciate how stress and juggling busy lives can lead us to overplay or over-rely on our strengths, causing a ripple effect on those around us.

5.

Identify key stressor trigger points and plan which combination of other strengths they could harness instead.

These are interspersed with our Strengths Discovery engagement campaign, including practical self-regulated micro-exercises to try at work.

The journey is underpinned by our 3-step ‘Digital mentor’ mini campaign for participants’ managers, providing the insights and tools they need to support their team on their Strengths Discovery journey.
